The ST4SD project is looking for a supplier (company or individual consultant) to produce a video on green and sustainable tourism development in Quang Nam, one of the provinces selected for project implementation. This video is produced at the request for support of Quang Nam provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism. It is part of the workshop for experts to discuss Quang Nam’s green destination model to be organized on 06 June 2025. The ST4SD project cooperates and supports Quang Nam provincial Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism to produce this video.
Requirements for supplier
A reputational company or individual consultant with at least 5 years of experiences in video production, preferably those providing video production services for not-for-profit organizations and development projects;
Preferred previous experience producing tourism related videos;
Demonstrate the ability to produce the video before the deadline as required;
The proposed budget is consistent with the project’s cost norms and the supplier has a valid financial invoice.
Documents to be submitted
Interested suppliers need to send the following documents:
- A company profile with a portfolio of previous work of producing videos;
- A financial proposal, including costs on video production and costs on sound copyrights (if any).
The above documents shall be sent to comms@st4sd.vn and helvetas.vietnam@helvetas.org before 21h on 25th May 2025.
