ENHANCING CAPACITY
for domestic training institutions
The ST4SD project contributes to developing local human resources through the support of capacity enhancement for Vietnamese institutes by building and transferring the Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT) program with cooperation of the Swiss EHL Hospitality Business School - the best hospitality management school in the world. As a result, the private sector and organizations of Vietnam play a leading role in enhancing training quality and aiming for commercializing the EHT-based training programs.
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
Swiss Executive Hospitality Training program
Develop and implement the Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT) through the collaboration among selected Vietnamese institutes and EHL Hospitality Business School to improve human resource capacities for Vietnam’s tourism industry.
network of international and Vietnamese tourism experts
Establish a network of international, Swiss, and Vietnamese tourism experts to cooperate in activities that promote the progress of sustainable tourism development in Vietnam.
