For 2025, the city aims to welcome 45 million domestic tourists, 8.5 million international visitors, and achieve tourism revenue of VND 260 trillion. The program is divided into three levels:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Foundations Level<\/strong>: Covers communication, hygiene, sustainable operations, and customer service skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intermediate Level<\/strong>: Focuses on departmental management, hotel etiquette, and cross-cultural communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced Level<\/strong>: Targets senior managers, developing sustainable leadership, HR management, and advanced customer service skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each course lasts one month, combining online learning on EHL\u2019s digital platform with four days of in-person training at 3\u20135-star hotels or suitable facilities. The program plans to train 400\u2013500 participants through 20\u201325 classes over three years, with the first classes starting in July 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Funded through social contributions, the program ensures effective implementation. The Tourism Department will manage registrations from accommodation facilities, coordinating with ST4SD to select and assign participants.
