Utilize AI-generated avatars or still illustrations for &#8220;expert&#8221; narration where live filming isn&#8217;t possible.<\/li>\n<li>Voiceover &amp; music: Vietnamese voiceover with a warm, &#8220;sincere and personal&#8221; tone, supported by local ethnic music.<\/li>\n<li>Post-production: Integration of real footage with graphic overlays to ensure a professional, cohesive look.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Note on AI tools: The consultant is encouraged to use AI tools (e.g., for character generation, lip-syncing, or workflow optimization) to ensure efficiency, high production value and cost effectiveness.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assignment Duration:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f 20 April to June 2026<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 15 April 2026<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Application Package:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CV and cover letter (or Company Profile).<\/li>\n<li>A portfolio: An overview of previous projects demonstrating expertise in producing similar high-quality products.<\/li>\n<li>Technical proposal: Briefly outlining the creative approach, animation style samples, and timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Financial proposal: Applicants will indicate their expected daily rate (including VAT) and the total number of days to conduct the consultancy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\ud83d\udce7 The submitted documents must be <strong><em>password-protected<\/em><\/strong>.
