{"id":4496,"date":"2025-09-24T11:17:53","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T04:17:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/st4sd.vn\/?post_type=career&#038;p=4496"},"modified":"2026-02-04T17:47:17","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T10:47:17","slug":"consulting-services-event-supplier-for-the-international-conference-on-sustainable-tourism-in-the-greater-mekong-subregion","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/st4sd.vn\/en\/career\/consulting-services-event-supplier-for-the-international-conference-on-sustainable-tourism-in-the-greater-mekong-subregion\/","title":{"rendered":"Consulting services: Event supplier for the International Conference on Sustainable Tourism in the Greater Mekong Subregion"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The\u00a0<strong>Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development (ST4SD)<\/strong>\u00a0project, implemented by\u00a0<strong>HELVETAS Vietnam<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>CRED\u00a0<\/strong>funded by the\u00a0<strong>Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO)<\/strong>, is seeking a qualified event supplier for the International Conference on Sustainable Tourism in the Greater Mekong Subregion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected event supplier will be responsible for orgnaizing the International Conference on Sustainable Tourism in the Greater Mekong Subregion is scheduled for 18 November 2025 in Ninh Binh province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organize a successful forum for 100 key delegates, ensuring the event is executed smoothly and professionally, with all logistics, invitations, and preparations in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service provider will undertake all activities necessary to implement the tasks listed below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organize the forum event for the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development Project in Vietnam (ST4SD) by organizing the conference venue for half a day in Ninh Binh province, which will include the following:<ul><li>Coffee networking at the beginning of the session, followed by lunch (or dinner) after the event.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Provision of 100 simultaneous translation headsets.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Setup of 1 translation cabin.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Arrangement of name tags for all participants\/ group participants<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Display of fresh flowers for decoration.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Provision of LED screen, laser pointer for presentations.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>01 backdrop for check-in area.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Space for ehibition outside the event room.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Additional requirements, as may arise during the event planning process, subject to mutual agreement between both parties, to ensure the event\u2019s success.
