{"id":4253,"date":"2025-06-16T10:41:10","date_gmt":"2025-06-16T03:41:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/st4sd.vn\/career\/de-nghi-moi-thau-nang-cap-tieu-chuan-du-lich-xanh-quang-nam-de-dat-chung-nhan-gstc-2\/"},"modified":"2026-02-04T17:47:17","modified_gmt":"2026-02-04T10:47:17","slug":"de-nghi-moi-thau-nang-cap-tieu-chuan-du-lich-xanh-quang-nam-de-dat-chung-nhan-gstc-2","status":"publish","type":"career","link":"https:\/\/st4sd.vn\/en\/career\/de-nghi-moi-thau-nang-cap-tieu-chuan-du-lich-xanh-quang-nam-de-dat-chung-nhan-gstc-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for Proposals: Upgrading Quang Nam Green Tourism Standards for GSTC Recognition"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong>Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development (ST4SD)<\/strong> project, implemented by <strong>HELVETAS Vietnam<\/strong> and <strong>CRED <\/strong>funded by the <strong>Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO)<\/strong>, is seeking a qualified service provider to revise and upgrade the <em>Quang Nam Green Tourism Standards<\/em> in alignment with the <strong>Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC)<\/strong> criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative aims to strengthen sustainable tourism practices in Quang Nam Province by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Enhancing local green tourism standards based on global benchmarks and the <em>Swisstainable<\/em> model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the application for GSTC-Recognized status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing a comprehensive management framework to ensure long-term implementation and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope of Work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Benchmark and revise current standards to meet GSTC requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop a tiered certification system (Committed, Engaged, Leading).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare the GSTC application package and provide technical support throughout the recognition process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design implementation tools, including guides, self-assessment templates, and monitoring frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organize stakeholder consultations, build capacity, and foster collaboration among tourism businesses and local authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deliverables include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Upgraded standards and application package.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultation reports and implementation tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final presentation, training materials, and roadmap for sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eligibility:<\/strong><br>Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience in tourism certification, strong knowledge of GSTC frameworks, and proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and project implementation in Vietnam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Submission Deadline:<\/strong> 30 June 2025<br><strong>Contact:<\/strong> Proposals should be submitted to:<br>\ud83d\udce7 <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:Olivier.Messmer@helvetas.org\">Olivier.Messmer@helvetas.org<\/a><br>\ud83d\udce7 <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:helvetas.vietnam@helvetas.org\">helvetas.vietnam@helvetas.org<\/a><br>\ud83d\udce7 <a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:assist3@st4sd.vn\">assist3@st4sd.vn<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews, expected to take place on <strong>5 July 2025<\/strong>.
