The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with the Embassy of Switzerland in Vietnam organized an official launch ceremony for the ST4SD project. The event will include a Letter of Exchange Ceremony regarding the commitment to provide and receive non-refundable ODA.
