Swiss Executive hospitality training program
enhance the quality of human resources
The ST4SD project connects and supports the sustainable cooperation process between selected educational institutions in Vietnam and the EHL Hospitality Business School to develop the Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT) program. The program is designed for mid-level and senior management in Vietnam, with an international focus, based on meeting the practical demands of enhancing the quality of the domestic workforce.
STANDARDIZED MODEL OF SWISS EHT PROGRAM STRUCTURE
In the pilot phase, the project has selected 4 domestic training institutions to collaborate with the EHL Hospitality Business School to participate in the development and advancement of the Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT) program. These institutes are the National Economics University (a public university), IBH Academy (a vocational school owned by a company), Van Lang University (a private university), and Saigon Tourism College (a public vocational training school). These institutes have different training models and are located in various regions across the country.
Representatives from the 4 training institutes practice skill exercises according to standards with guidance from EHL experts. They will then receive certification from EHL and become master instructors of the Swiss Executive Hospitality Training (Swiss EHT) program in Vietnam.
