The “Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development in Vietnam (ST4SD)” project, funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and implemented by HELVETAS Vietnam and CRED, is seeking qualified trainers for two distinct roles to support sustainable tourism development in Khun Village, Quang Binh district, Ha Giang province:
- Trainer for Community-Based Tourism Management & Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) Development:
- Strengthen local management capacities for sustainable tourism.
- Develop and deliver training on CBT governance, DMO establishment, and destination marketing.
- Trainer for Homestay and Food Service Hospitality:
- Enhance local hospitality standards through practical training.
- Focus on guest services, hygiene practices, cultural representation in homestays, and food services.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in community-based tourism, hospitality training, or DMO development.
- Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience with local communities in rural or mountainous areas is an advantage.
