PEOPLE TALK ABOUT US

A desire to contribute to making Hoi An a green destination for both domestic and international tourists.

With desire to develop a new and unique tourism product for the destination, we decided to implement farm-to-table model, shape awareness of eating and drinking clean, promote sustainable and responsible tourism, and turn organic waste into resources. Hideaway Garden aims to become an exemplary model to be spread and replicated for the community to improve the local economy and contribute to turning Hoi An into a green destination for tourists

Hoping to spread Cam Ha palm products and the meaningful community tourism model.

With the support from the ST4SD project, I wish to spread the image of Cam Ha kumquats and turn Phuc Nguyen Rose into a meaningful community-based tourism model that brings values of local resources for the green economic development. I hope that the professional evaluation of the project’s experts will help me gradually complete what we need to do to follow the right path for development and provide earnings for the local people.

A program that helps trainers enhance their knowledge and equip themselves with professional skills at an international level.

The workshop helped participants to upgrade and access additional professional skills at an international level. I especially appreciate the aspect of storytelling and the learner-centered approach that was introduced by EHL expert.

I think the EHT program serves as a foundation to support Saigon Tourism College in continuing to develop, expand, and sustain diverse training models with international standards, thereby providing high-quality human resources for the Labour market.

TRAN THI QUE CHAU

Vice Dean of Hospitality Faculty, Saigon Tourism College

The training program of the ST4SD project has effectively equipped me and my colleagues with the knowledge and skills of teaching methods.

As a professor at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality, approaching scientific and modern theories and teaching methods is a personal priority and job requirement. The training course by ST4SD project provided knowledge and skills on some teaching methods for my colleagues and me effectively. Besides, expansion of network, training ecosystem, and knowledge exchange are added values with long-term benefits.
